Shaniah Irvin-Trainee Appraiser

Shaniah Irvin brings a refreshing blend of dedication, hard work, and passion to her role in the real estate industry. With over eight years of experience with Orange County Public Schools, she is currently in her second year as an Elementary PE Coach, where her commitment to fostering growth and teamwork shines. Shaniah also serves as the Head Coach of the Gotha Middle School Girls Volleyball team, using her two years of college volleyball experience to mentor and inspire young athletes.

Shaniah’s heart lies in real estate appraising, where she found her true calling. Her journey into this field took a significant leap in May of 2024, when she was mentored by Megan Johnson Judd, SRA, the Senior Appraiser and President of Metropolis Real Estate Solutions. Taking initiative to find a mentor, Shaniah attended an Appraisal Institute chapter meeting and lunch, where she met Ms. Judd and immediately impressed her with her tenacity, limitless energy and shrewd application of logic. Since then, Shaniah has been working diligently to grow and refine her skills in this dynamic field, fueled by a passion for research, reporting, and learning.

Shaniah is committed to providing exceptional service to every client, aiming to deliver results that exceed expectations. Her focus on continuous education and hands-on experience under the guidance of Ms. Judd has given her a strong foundation in appraising residential properties. Shaniah is excited about the future of her real estate career and is eager to contribute her expertise to help others navigate the world of property appraisals.

A proud mom to a beautiful daughter, Shaniah cherishes her family and enjoys making memories through travel and spending quality time together. Her hobbies include sports, crafting, and anything creative, all of which help her maintain balance and joy in her busy life.
