Shaniah Irvin brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our real estate team. With an 8-year tenure at the Orange County School Board and currently in her 2nd year as an elementary PE coach at Ivey Lane Elementary, Shaniah is no stranger to hard work and commitment. She also serves as the Head Coach of the Gotha Middle School Girls Volleyball team, leveraging her two years of college volleyball experience to inspire and lead young athletes.

Shaniah's passion for real estate appraising is evident in her enthusiasm for research and reporting. She finds immense joy in the dynamic world of appraising homes, viewing it as a dream come true. Her training, thus far, has been comprehensive and backed by the best education available, as well as one on one training offered by Metropolis’ Senior Appraiser.

Born in Longwood, FL, and raised in Orlando, FL, Shaniah graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2016. She is a proud mother to one daughter and cherishes traveling and creating lasting memories with her family.
