Albert (Al) has been a residential real estate appraiser since 2004 with experience ranging from refinance, purchase, new construction, litigation, REO/bank owned and short sale appraisals as well as appraisals for investors. Al then expanded his appetite for real estate knowledge by earning his sales associate license in 2007 and has been active with Metropolis since 2012.
Originally from a small town in Florida (Floral City), Al graduated with a bachelor's degree from UCF in Management Information Systems. He loves UCF sports, fishing and golfing. Above all, Al is a family man and cherishes time with his wife and twin daughters (you may see him on any given weekend at Disney).
